Nina has been practicing massage since 2004 and specializes in medical massage, injury treatments, relaxation, deep tissue, spa treatments, aromatherapy, pre- and post-natal, geriatric, and pediatric massages, as well as Reiki, Qi Gong, and energy work. Her specialty is treatment work, looking at each individual muscle and how it is corresponding with the rest of the body. The practice of Massage has given her a lot of insite and understanding to the Mind and Body connection which she is honored to be able to share and help anyone and everyone understand. Matt specializes in injury treatment, clinical massage utilizing his skills in Structural integration, Structural Bodywork and Orthopedic massage to better help clients pain management. He is both certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is professionally associated with the American Massage Therapy Association. His career began as a massage practitioner in 2005. Matt also teaches continuing education classes for massage therapists. Matt has studied as a Zentherapy practitioner (10 session series of Structural Integration), As well as intensive study of Structural Integration mentorship program at the Northwest Center of Structural Integration. Matt has also compleated a certification as a Zen Triggerpoint Therapy Practitioner, Certified leval II Myoskeletal Alignment Therapist and Orthopedic Massage training. Matt continues to achieve quality advanced training's yearly.

Heidi is a mom of a wonderful nine year old named Angellyna. I graduated from Bates Technical College with a Certificate in Administrative Medical Assisting, i have also taken phlebotomy classes to continue my knowledge in the medical field. I love camping, fishing and being with family and friends. I enjoy listening to people and learning new things everyday.
