I started seeing Jo over a year ago to deal with stress and recurring headaches. The results were wonderful, but short-lived (stress, etc). As my treatments continued and we weren't seeing the progress that we had hoped, she referred me to Matt. In 10 sessions, Matt rebuilt my body. Amazing. I don't have headaches anymore, I'm more aware of how I hold my body, and know that years of discomfort caused by injury, bad posture, and stress have melted away with his intensive body-work. If I needed any other evidence, other than feeling great, my shoes fit differently - the wear that I would always get on the outside of my heels has disappeared, and I find that walking, standing and just being in my body is immensely improved. I recommend these folks to anyone!

**My husband and I have been seeing Matt and Jo for a couple of years now, and we will continue to be regular customers because we continue to have very positive results. A month ago, I went to Jo with severe neck and shoulder/arm/hand nerve pains caused by arthritis and a pinched nerve in the neck, and since that massage, the my pain levels were almost cut in half. During that massage, I couldn't even lay down - I had to have a massage sitting in a 45 degree angle. Now I can lay flat on my back with a regular pillow. I highly recommend you give Matt and Jo a try when searching for masseurs. They are terrific.

**I've seen both Adrianna and Matt, and have enjoyed the work of both very much. Adrianna gives an excellent massage, with energy work to boot. Matt's structural integration work is extremely effective for getting the body to move properly in ways you'd thought it had forgotten. I've been to several practitioners in the area (Radiance, Get In Touch, various individual providers), and while all have been fine to good, I've never been so happy as I am with the work at Organic Wellness. High-quality body work in a fabulously friendly space available here!
